What is your return policy?
At quebury.com, we take pride in the quality of our service as well as our products. Products have been carefully inspected before being sold. In an exceptional case where you have received a
defected item, we will assist you in any way we can for an exchange. No sale is final.
Also, in the interest of hygiene, some items such as earrings and underwear cannot be returned.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they are in our holding.
THERE WILL STRICTLY BE NO REFUNDS FOR ALL TRANSACTIONS.
How to return?
Contact us at customerservice@quebury.com with the reason for exchange and the related invoice. We will try to attend to your request within 48hours. Pictures of the defects may be required to
validate the eligibility for a return.
T&C for returns:
- Item in subject may not be from the Clearance or Sale category
- Return requests must be made within 7 from when the purchase was despatched
- Returns must be made within 7 days after the return request have been confirmed
- All return postage fees will be the recipient's responsibility
- Only items with sewing defects will be entertained
Have you received my returned items?
Once the returned items have been proccessed by us, we will send you an email notification.
In the unlikely event that we don't get back to you within 10 days of your return, please get in touch with us again. If registered postage was used for the return, please provide us with the tracking number when you contact us.
